New students who’ve submitted their Intent to Enroll and nonrefundable deposits ($525) will receive access and a temporary password to their myBeacon (student) portal.  Students are encouraged to log in, reset their passwords, and complete the online FERPA which creates separate portal access to parents/guardians.

It's imperative that students log in FIRST then invite parents/guardians via the online FERPA permissions.

Returning students with 2025-2026 FAFSAs on file will receive notification of official award offers and eligibility.  Students who’ve indicated no intention of filing a 2025-2026 FAFSA, are full-time enrolled and in good standing with the college will have previous merit-based aid scholarship & grants renewed.

New students who’ve submitted their Intent to Enroll and nonrefundable deposits ($525) will be preliminarily registered for Spring 2026 courses starting November 17.  It’s important to remember course registration is an on-going process and will continue to happen throughout the month of November and December.

The Spring 2026 housing application for new students is available throughout November. New students who have submitted their deposit and intent to enroll will receive an email with a link to the housing application.
